No... it was different! There were two sets at Serralheria (metalwork):
1. Rob Mazurek and Jeff Parker - soundscapes, loops and drones joined by trumpet + effects (echo, delay, ...) - maybe Travis & Fripp in a rough configuration...
2. Dan Bitney (drums & keyboard), Mauricio Takara (drums and cavaquinho), Carlos Issa (guitar) and Guiherme Granado (keyboards) - more noisy, sometimes trance, good music!

I'll be uploading some videos I shot.

Gig report would be nice it sounds interesting.

Tickets haven't when on sale yet but I will get tickets as soon as they go on sale.
Bryan Ferry's touring the west coast at the same time as Slow Music starts their tour in Seattle.
In fact they open the tour on the same night as Bryan Ferry plays L.A.

I've read it. Great review!

I got the CD from a friend last week and I imagined that David's presentation would be the way you said. Loving the album: from soundscapes to experimental to (kind of) acoustic, loops and so.
