Has anyone else go the same problem? On both the DVD and the Bluray of Bremen the video is way behind the audio on the broadcast version of Larks' Tongues.

The broadcast version? That was painful just to watch. I probably couldn't stand to follow the visuals closely enough to tell how it was synchronized.

Yes, they are out of sync, but it seems to be that way from the original tape as the German girl that presents the band is in sync and there's no cut/edit to the band (in fact probably they screwed up when applying that cheesy efects).

Well that's a shame, they could fix the audio issue if they chose too. I see video bootlegs that have had the audio synced up perfectly many times. I wonder why they wouldn't spend the time to make it right.?

Yes but it's not our responsibility, they should have the good taste to get it done right the first time, especially with all the money that goes into these productions.
