Going to a KC gig is almost like living in a totalitarian police state, isn't it? Whispers and pointing and one wrong move and you'll find yourself on the wrong end of a security guard. Nice. Oh, if only these feeble-minded concert-goers knew how to behave...

Scary and stupid in equal quantities. How long before everyone is x-rayed and have their body cavities searched before being allowed into the auditorium? :wank:

I just don't get what this band has become. First, they axe Bruford and don't even try to get him to come back. Then they do the Nashville sessions with Mel Collins and nothing comes of that. Then they get Gavin Harrison in and go do a tour of "hits". Then they start throwing people out of their shows. Do they really need to be continuing as a band? What is the point of King Crimson in 2008 and beyond? King Crimson was more relevant in 1974 then they are now.

From what I've read, the split was mutual. And why would they try to get him to come back anyway?
The sound of one hand clapping is the same as the sound of a tree falling when no one's around to hear it.

And another thing I've said three gazillion times...

The mooted '04 sessions with Mel Collins NEVER HAPPENED. It was an idea that never came to fruition. (at least, not yet anyway)

If you're going to criticise something (anything, not just KC/RF) at least get the facts right.

When have we ever worried about the facts? :D Jeez, anyone would think that this is brain surgery or something - that any of this actually MEANS anything. Don't worry, it's just music talk. No-one's gonna die if we are factually inaccurate. Mind you, Owen is so anal he is slowly turning inside out. :wank:

A fan video exists for 8/17 show.
not complete, and fragmented, though.
