What, no discussion? It is very ambient, but it's lovely. Reminds me of parts of the November Suite. So if you've always wanted to hear that, now you have, sorta.

Yeah, it kinda does. I think it's the chiming sound that does it.

Overall I haven't given this much attention (I've played it a couple times, just haven't really paid attention). It seems more minimalist than usual and keeps putting me in mind of Eno's Neroli. As you said, very lovely.
The sound of one hand clapping is the same as the sound of a tree falling when no one's around to hear it.
