NEW Daily Set-list

Postby Indyrod on Fri Oct 06, 2006 4:11 pm

Since the old "Daily Set-list" thread apparently is dead, let's use this new one unless Darren can figure out what happened.

Just start posting your Set List's here for the immediate future.

In the last few days, I've been kerning pearly auricles to:

Tortoise - A Lazarus Taxon D2
Various - Deadicated: A Tribute to the Grateful Dead
Curtis Counce - You Get More Bounce With Curtis Counce
My Morning Jacket - Okonos
Pink Floyd - Is There Anybody Out There?
TV On the Radio - Return to Cookie Mountain
Chris Isaak - Baja Sessions
The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more fucking punishment in store. Stand it like a man. And give some back.

Sorry, the old thread got scrambled. However, you can still read entries up to 3 October by clicking the link below:

http://www.projekction.net/phpBB2/viewt ... start=4570

Anyway, obviously something went kaput in the database, so we'll start a new thread.

Mainly listening to:

Peter Hammill: Chameleon in the Shadow of the Night, The Empty Corner, The Silent Stage, In Camera, Nadir's Big Chance. New remasters...apparently, VDGG are returning as a three-piece after parting ways with Jaxon.

Now that's just a bit odd/silly... Anyone up for some K group instead? Where're Potter, Ridout et al these days?

Oh, and only up to page 458 in the old thread works (if you didn't know)

Recently...

Magma: Udu Wudu
Magma: MDK
Steve Reich: Music For 18 Musicians
Metheny/Mehldau
Genesis: Foxtrot
Genesis: Selling England By The Pound
Tom Waits: Real Gone
Tom Waits: Rain Dogs

I posted new comments about Metheny/Mehldau in the now broken set list thread. To sum it up, it's growing on me. It reminds me a lot of Watercolors, which is one of my favorites. Definitely a late night album.
