Haven't heard of them, but I like the name. What 70s sound do you mean?
There's just three things in my life that I regret
There's everything I've done, everything I'm doing
And what I haven't done yet

Good question Geno...Since I've only heard snippets so far (I've just ordered their album so I'll know better when I receive it) it was more of an overall feel that the songs had. Some "Jethro Tull" sounding stuff but also some more heavy stuff included in there. I think there's some stuff out there on YouTube as I was looking around the other day but didn't have time to watch/listen.
My favorite movies (right now):
"Lost In Translation", "Mulholland Drive", "Pulp Fiction", "Sin City", "Buffalo '66", "Ghost World", "Apocolypse Now (Redux)", "Donnie Darko", "Raising Arizona", "Shawshank Redemption"

ok, I posted this at Yahoo Answers, and on my Facebook face, but you guys seem to guess the fastest, when I just hum it. So I'll copy and paste what I remember, and if it registers with anybody, pls let me know.

"I'm stuck on a song title, I heard a piece of it watching CNBC this morning. I posted the question on Yahoo Answers, like this...
"Song where female background sings, only sing the word "Bop"?

this was a popular song from maybe the sixties or seventies, and has a male lead singer, and female background singers that only sing "bop". it has one lyric I remember "how that someone must have been". a very catchy song, that played several years ago on pop radio, and once in a while in a commercial, of which I'm not sure." HELP!!!

Is it this song from Dan Seals , I wanna bop with you baby

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=SdKGInipovM#t=136s

Put on your Bobbi-sox baby
Roll up your old blue jeans
There's a band playin down at the armory
Know's what rock and roll really means
I wanna ride in your '55 T-bird
Drive through some old memories
I ain't after your body baby
I just want you to dance with me

Chorus
I wanna bop with you baby, all night long
I wanna bop the night away
I wanna make it night like it used to be
When our hearts were young and our souls were free
I wanna bop with you baby, all night long
I wanna be-bop with you baby till the break of dawn
I wanna bop with you baby all night long

Musical break

I got an old photograph in my pocket
We were still in our teens
Lord knows I feel alot older now
But you still look the same to me
Honey, you don't ever laugh like you used to
And I don't wanna see you blue
If you ain't busy tonight and you think it's alright
This is what I wanna do

Chorus

Let's twist and shout
Oh, just like in the good old days
Baby, watch out
You know I just can't stand it when you look at me that way

I wanna bop with you baby, all night long
I wanna be-bop with you baby till the break of dawn
I wanna bop with you baby all night
I wanna bop with you baby all night long
I wanna be-bop with you baby till the break of dawn
I wanna make it a night like it used to be
When our hearts were young and our souls were free
I wanna bop with you baby all night long
I wanna be-bop with you baby till the break of dawn
I wanna make it night like it used to be,
When our hearts were young and free

nah, that's what everyone suggests, but this song has a male lead singer, and backing females, and only the females say Bop and only Bop. thanks anyway, I've already searched trying to think of all the key words I could think of. I'll let it stay in my head, and let my mind figure it out, if I have enuff brain cells left.

Anyone know where I can get the soundtrack to the 1984 film "The Bounty" ? It looks to be long out of print but caught the movie last night and the soundtrack would be nice to have. Music is by Vangelis. Looks like briefly re-issued in Europe around 1999/2000 but can't find on-line anywhere.

if you checked around the download sites, which I won't list here, but it is available. also, you could easily build it from the videos at youtube. but yea, it is a little hard to find, but it's there.
